Excellent service. The guide was knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. The hotels suggested were world class. The suggested places to visit were breathtaking.
Our trip was only four nights and five days but we really enjoyed and loved this traveling with a lovely driver! One thing I want to stress about this company’s experience is when the departure time was changed two weeks ago from our trip. The checkout time of our last hotel was 5pm since our flight was leaving at 12:40am next day. However, the time was changed to 7:45am morning. So we were supposed to stay at the airport for 14 hours, but this tour manager asked the hotel to extend check out time and they accepted that without any extra money. Therefore, we could take shower and spend enough time preparing. They also interacted with us occasionally to make sure everything was going well and clear. Overall, it was awesome trip with amazing tour operators and drivers!
Mr Nishanta helped my mother and I plan our trip around Sri Lanka including organising our driver, hotels, trips and entertainment. He very kindly personally took me around Colombo at no extra cost and made me feel extremely welcome and accommodated in a new country. He is a trustworthy man who will go out of his way to make sure all needs are met and ever since I left I've been yearning to go back to Sri Lanka because of Luxury Holidays. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.
One of the best trip.. Mr. Amal Nishantha, who is now a friend ,helped with the best hotels and planning of the trip . He was very friendly with every problem and solutions..also got a personal chauffeur but id like to call him my older brother ,Mr. Janaka, was always steps ahead in any situation even before we came across them.. the country and people were very sweet.. Every place we went made us feel welcomed and relaxed.. id ask everyone to visit sri lanka atleast once if not more.. And also recommend luxury holiday where ever you want to travel !!
